REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY.

If you have not opened the cd shrinkwrap we can accept your CD for returns within 30 days of your purchase. However if the shrinkwrap has been opened, we can not accept the return. If the CD is broken, we will exchange it for a new one as long as it’s within 30 days of your purchase. Please call customer service at (800) 816-6706, or in the LA area: (818) 996-4034, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to the call center will be returned to sender.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit any cancellation by calling our business phone at (800) 816-6706, or in the LA area: (818) 996-4034.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

WARRANTY POLICY

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Producktunes hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display, for noncommercial and personal use only, one copy of any material and/or software that you may download from this Site, including, without limitation, any files, codes, audio or images incorporated in or generated by the software provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Material. Productunes provides Rules of Participation for certain activities on this Site including, without limitation, contests, sweepstakes, and electronic postcards by Producktunes and in conjunction with third parties. This Agreement is incorporated by reference to the specific Rules of Participation which appear in connection with information about a particular activity. To the extent that any conflict exists between this Agreement and specific Rules of Participation, the Rules of Participation for the activity in which you choose to participate shall govern.
